Barbara Layne helped launch the TEK-TILES project at the BF & DA program at Pratt in Brooklyn on May 30, 2017. The program involves the development of a network of universities, innovation centres and industry in the exploration of new materials, and the environmental and ethical consequences of integrating technology into textiles.
