WhiteFeather Hunter presents at Intersections, The Ammerman Center for Arts and Technology 16th Biennial Symposium

WhiteFeather has been invited to present her research, Biomateria; Biotextile Craft as part of the 16th Biennial Symposium for Arts and Technology at the Ammerman Center for Arts and Technology at Connecticut College, in February 2018.

WhiteFeather has received the Ammerman Center Independent Scholar Fellowship to attend the Symposium, supported by the Ammerman Center for Arts and Technology and the Center for the Critical Study of Race and Ethnicity at Connecticut College. “The Ammerman Center Independent Scholar/Fellowship program awards artists/ scholars who demonstrate excellence in their work, and a commitment to their careers and artistic communities.”

“Intersections”, The Sixteenth Biennial Arts and Technology Symposium at Connecticut College is a major international conference of papers, exhibitions, performances, concerts, and panels devoted to exploring the increasing links in the interdisciplinary worlds of arts, sciences, media and technology.
