SYNOPTIQUE: An Online Journal of Film and Moving Image Studies (Mel Hoppenheim School of Cinema at Concordia University) will feature WhiteFeather’s video project, blóm + blóð, produced in Northern Iceland, for a section on Coastal Media guest edited by Alix Johnson.
Synoptique: An Online Journal of Film and Moving Image Studies is a double-blind peer-review, open access journal, published twice annually. Each issue is structured around a different theme dedicated to film and moving images, with a specific emphasis upon interdisciplinary, transnational, and emerging theoretical approaches to moving image practices and cultures.
The issue featuring the Coastal Media section will be published in November 2018.
