| Saturday, March 12th and 19th, 2022 1pm – 4:30pm EST IN PERSON Concordia University (location TBD) This two-day workshop will take place on campus and will respect COVID regulations. The STAIN Lab is hosting a two-day workshop on natural pigments and their artistic applications, with a focus on sustainable artmaking practices and material vitality. Participants will learn how to precipitate foraged pigments and/or plant-based food-waste and transform them into inks, watercolours, pastel crayons, and gouaches. This event is open to all Concordia students with various levels of experience, who are curious about how to integrate plant-based materials into their artworks.
